Do you have a price list?
Currently we do not have a price list available for distribution, however, many tag prices and tag options are availible online. We are in the process of updating our
catalog. For quick pricing, you can browse through our
stock tag selections or get instant quotes for
standard size custom printed tags.
Do you supply/distribute stock tags?
No, we do not stock any 'generic' tags. All tags are custom printed to meet the needs of each
individual customer. If you have a design you would like to use, simply send it to us via e-mail or
fax.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity is 1,000 tags. Prices break every thousand.
What is the lead time?
Our turnaround time is five business days for most tag orders.
Is there a charge for rush orders?
No, we do not charge any fee for rush orders. All orders are processed as soon as possible.
I do not have any artwork, is there a typesetting charge?
There is no additional fee for typesetting. We are here to assist you with your design. Feel free to
send us a sample or sketch/drawing of your custom tag.
What are your artwork requirements and which file formats are accepted?
- It is recommended that a 1/8" margin is left around your
custom tag to allow space for feed rollers on the press. From the top of the tag, allow 3/4" for a
hole punch and fiber reinforcement.
- We commonly receive the following file formats, however
others are accepted:
Adobe Illustrator (*.ai)
Illustrator EPS (*.eps)
Adobe PDF (*.pdf)
Other file types can include various Office Formats (*.doc, *.docx, *.ppt, *.xls), as well as
most other imaging and general word processing formats.
- Please provide original files for any
fonts, embedded logos or graphics included in any artwork.
- We prefer that any multi-color artwork and sample
documents sent to us are color separated to avoid any confusion or error. You may distinguish
colors by layering your document, or by sending multiple documents with a common template.
- If you send us camera ready artwork, please ensure that it
is a black & white copy. In addition, please include a color sample if possible.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes, any new or revised art will require your approval of a proof before reaching production. It is
recommended that you check your proof carefully for any errors or necessary changes. Changes will be
made at your request without additional charges.
Where can I send digital artwork files?
Send all files to TAGS@PrintedTAGS.com. Please reference the order which the artwork pertains to in
your message.
What is the difference between looped and knotted string?
- Looped String, the ends of the string are
left untied.
- Knotted String, the ends of the string
are tied together.
What is your return policy?
We are very concerned about making a good impression with the tags we deliver to you.
Therefore, we will always do our best to provide the product that you expected. This is best accomplished during the setup/proof part of the order. It is critical that you provide as much info about how you want your tag. It is imperative that you take the time to check your proof thoroughly, including spelling and punctuation. We expect and encourage changes to your design during this setup/proof time resulting in a great tag.
In the event you wish to cancel your order for any reason after we have designed your tag, and provided you with the first proof you will be charged $25.00. Once you have given your final approval you cannot cancel the order.
Due to the personalized nature of your tags, we cannot accept returns. If any order was produced incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will re-produce the tags and ship them free of charge.
